Mental orgasm

The last many days I had this part of a melody reappearing on my mind, but I couldn't quite seem to place what song it was from. 

Do you know that feeling..?  

           Meanwhile yesterday, I was playing "Black Milk" from the album Mezzanine by Massive Attack on youtube, and the next autogenerated song was magically the
one that I had been thinking about. 

It is the track on the album that is called "Group Four". 

The part that was haunting my mind was the one where she is singing, 

"My ears know that my eyes are closed"

Sometimes a voice without the backing from any instruments or people can stand stronger than a symphony. We are so used to being spoiled with lush sound, and multiple inputs from social media, from radio edits to distorted guitar sound and full band orchestras that we don't even care to listen to the actual words or emotions that are being conveyed. Songwriting is about telling a story and submitting a message. This is sometimes better received without all the extra sugarcoated violins or heart racing drum rolls.

The Drip Club

With more an more smokers switching from normal cigarettes to vaporizers, there has emerged an ocean of different brands that produce liquids and machines. Some more successful tasting than others. There is all kind of flavors with funny names. What flavor would for ex. "Pound cake" be?
It can be hard to know before you try it out for your self.

Los Angeles based "Drip Club", has some interesting brands though. There is "Milkman", that comes in small milk carton resembling packages. Or what about "ANML Unleased" that has flavors like "Grizzly", or "Wolfpack".

The Official version off Xxxodus is now available at Bandcamp

Ina Maria's music is set up on the platform Bandcamp from which she in the future will be selling all her singles and albums. 

In conjunction with this act, she has decided to remove all 44 tracks that she had on Soundcloud. 

The reason for this is that Soundcloud does not create an income for musicians. 

It is more like a radio station that is promoting the tracks. 

Which is also great. 

But to reach the goal to be living only off an income as a musician, one needs to see musical tracks as products. And music as a business.

So, from now on Ina Maria's tracks will only be available on Bandcamp or other official online stores like iTunes, Apple Music, and Tidal.
